Indications: Omeprazole is widely applied to treat evidences of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions caused by excess acidic formulations in the stomach. This injection is also used to encourage healing of corrosive esophagitis or damage to your esophagus caused by stomach acid. Omeprazole, when combined with antibiotics, is used to treat gastric ulcer caused by infection with helicobacter pylori.
